WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We want you to be happy with your purchase. With that in mind, eligible products may be returned within 21 days of the original invoice date for a full refund less the original shipping cost as long as the product(s) are shipped to Nostalgia Christmas Shop on or before December 24. Due to the seasonal nature of our business, we cannot accept returns post-marked after December 24. Therefore, a return can only be made within 21 days from the original invoice date or on or before December 24, whichever comes first.  

A product is eligible to be returned if it is in the same condition that you received it, unused and unopened, and in its original packaging. To return an item, you may use the carrier of your choice. Please include the packing slip or invoice. Return shipping charges are your responsibility. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVE THE WRONG PRODUCT, THE PRODUCT IS DAMAGED, OR I DIDN’T RECEIVE SOMETHING THAT I HAD ORDERED?

If you receive the wrong product, a damaged product, or your order is missing something, please email us at jrutz@nostalgiachristmasshop.com so that we can quickly resolve the issue. Please do not attempt to return the damaged/wrong item without contacting us first. 

If a product is damaged, please take photos of the damaged item along with photos of all boxes and packaging materials. If the order arrives with visible damage before you open it, please document the damage with the delivering carrier.
